Shocking story of public apathy Najib stealing from our silence:

Shocking story of public apathy no quick fix solution

Najib stealing from our silence:

Those in positions of power actually hold heavy responsibilities. They are expected to perform their duties in the best traditions of (Integrity) Ethics and in accordance with the urgings of their true conscience.

PM Najib  his  character of politically opportunistic behavior is, of course, his trait, has  developed to an extreme degree. his objective of gaining power and holding on to it at any price is especially deeply embedded within the ruling coalition with its Machiavellian and self-centric political philosophy and cult  something horribly right  Perhaps Najib  know the pulse of his rent-seeking loyals  the most outrageous

Najib stands accused of ‘large-scale corrupt practices  his ability to survive the charges of involvement or complicity in a murder case, bribery and corruption in the purchase of French submarines when Najib was the Defence Minister (in the Mahathir Cabinet), and other alleged wrongdoings and abuse of power, including the current 1MDB and RM2.6 billion donation controversies. Any of these scandals would have killed off the career of other politicians in many countries

Today the very rich hold power and power seems to save them from criminal prosecutions. They have security guards to protect them and their chosen ones. It does not matter how their wealth was accumulated.
Mahatma Gandhi: “There is a higher court than courts of justice and that is the Court of Conscience. It supersedes all other courts.” Stokely Carmichael: “There is a higher law than the law of Government. This is the law of conscience”.
Anti-Corruption, its implications and importance. Furthermore you are here to yet again make a resolution to get rid of corruption, bring in people of integrity and try to integrate justice in the administration by way of infusing ethics and conscience.

Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission's not heard of due diligence?” lack of willingness to go into the depth of the problem is appalling. For starters if that was not enough we have another ‘quick fix solution’,

Rosli’s letter of 2010 where he made an impassioned appeal to Abu Kassim as the then MACC’s newly appointed Chief Commissioner:
“I implore you not to allow this sacred institution (MACC) to be used as tool of oppression and persecution in the guise of false prosecution against innocent citizens. Otherwise, you will one day see your own hands in the destruction of t‎his institution.”

this time by MACC chief commissioner Abu Kassim Mohamed has vowed to get to the bottom of Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak’s case involving billions of ringgit found in his private bank account., no arm of the government seriously wants to talk or engage in finding logical long term solutions to the challenges before us as a nation. and even the courts.  none of the headline grabbing ‘answers’ can simply by themselves have much impact as a citizen it is now starting to worry me how governance has become hostage to sensationalism causing knee-jerk reactions and ill-conceived laws. What’s worse, is that to me it appears, the National Security Council bill.just passed by Parliament

Malaysian used to corrupt bureaucrats. We are also used to corrupt politicians and police personnel. This is how it has been for decades. Which is why nobody was taken aback by the recent  1MDB and RM2.6 billion donation  revelations.Najib caught with his pants down and his hands in the till Most people shrugged,Bureaucrats have run circles around even the shrewdest politicians for years — and won every round! Look at their biggest advantage — they have dope on everyone. They are privy to deep, dark secrets. They can throw a lifeboat to a drowning  politicians or let them drown. Politicians are terrified of these bureaucrats.  . Without a few good Bureaucrats on their side, politicians are paralyzed… they cannot function will continue to take advantage of their privileged positions. So many newbies Bureaucrats these days are totally ignorant of government procedures and functioning. They depend on politicians to guide them.
In the process,Bureaucrats become defactode politicians themselves. Files are stuck under the boss’s nose and if the boss is a dumbo, he signs on the dotted line. It really is that simple! So long as nobody gets caught, nobody gets hurt.

Taking from what Lord Hewart had said, I am inviting you to open your minds far beyond criminal justice. While “justice should not only be done but should manifestly and undoubtedly be seen to be done” is acceptable, I urge all – both custodians of the holy courts and officials administering justice and others including the ordinary folks – to ensure every criminal is appropriately dealt with.In every criminal justice system, detection of the criminals is first priority. This can come via information or monitoring/enforcement. Criminals kill those who inform on them. Numerous large crimes have been uncovered and the criminals brought to justice. Here we can safely say that the criminals are not ethical and they have no conscience. How could they cheat the people or organisations they were salaried to protect?
Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner Abu Kassim Mohamed has vowed to get to the bottom of Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak’s case involving billions of ringgit found in his private bank account.

In an interview with Oriental Daily, Abu Kassim revealed that pursuing the case had been a great challenge as this was the first time an investigation was being carried out on a serving prime minister.

"Nobody can influence the course of our investigation - this was what I had promised to the (MACC) officers at a meeting," he pledged...

MACC Bahri : Till Kingdom Come!

These are the powerful words of prayer‎ usually said by the oppressed invoking God to mete out retribution to the oppressors. These are the words uttered by Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Special Operations Director Bahri Mohd Zain three days ago when he was unable to tolerate the incessant attacks against the MACC including his own detention.
MACC Bahri
Within 24 hours of uttering those words, Bahri and MACC’s Strategic Communications Director Rohaizad Yaakub were transferred to the Prime Minister’s Department. It is like the Pharoah trying to prove God wrong, watch the movie Exodus if you are too busy to read the Quranic or Biblical account.

accept that information against crimes/criminals is top priority and crucial to bring justice in our nation. There must be true political will. The leaders must be ethical, have conscience and believe in Allah(God). We therefore cannot publicise, as occurred in a country of the Evil , where their Police “cracks down on whistle-blowers”. If that occurs, then that country is going down the drain. The True Ulama (Religious) Leaders can add that “the ways to hell include injuring both justice and those who are ethical. Others who are involved in corruption and judges who fail to give sound judgments will go down too”.
The intricately woven webs of deceit trap the politically naive and unwary. Let us concede for a moment that Najib had no idea so much ‘setting’ was taking place under his nose… and in his backyard. to scrutinise the mega wheeling and dealing going on in the next room. But now that it is out there,Najib should let the MACC do its job. certainly not going to save NAJIB’s butt.

Today truthfulness has become microscopic; sach or truth can be seen only in books, as we are not always truthful to the self and others. “Look at yourself as self-governance thoroughly to know where you need to make corrections. Self-governance is to improve the quality of the human being. The difference can be seen in yourself and also in society,” she reiterated. “Real self-governance is when you are free from the influence of your indriyas or senses. It helps to control over our actions.” ‘snatch’ from others and make their life better  by virtue of their efforts and spirit of self-sacrifice, who make others’ life better and more meaningful. spirituality and ethics at the work place.Spirituality is the quality of being spiritual. Religion is a set of beliefs and rituals that get a person in the right relationship with God, while spirituality is a focus on spiritual things and the spiritual world.
